WebDarier-White disease (DD), also known as keratosis follicularis, is a rare skin disease that is inherited in an autosomal-dominant fashion. It was first described by both Darier 1 and White 2 more than 120 years ago. The incidence is 1 to 9 per 100,000 individuals, and onset usually occurs between 8 and 15 years of age.
