WebApr 10, 2024 · Most common culprit in my experience is a bad setting on the low speed needle. Since you mention .55 engines and it's a very uncommon size, I'm assuming you've got an OS 55 AX. I do still drill holes in the fixed rear plate for the throttle pushrod if necessary, but these are quite a way from the 1/4-20 fasteners in the corners that hold the sandwich together.

WebEngine Tuning question. Hi Guys! I have a tuning question on my OS 55 AX Max. The high end and low end needles are fine but the transition through the middle causes the engine to die. I used brand new #8 os glow plugs too. The engine seems relatively new too.
