WebThe company has a great culture of making associates feel part of a family. The company is driven to delivering financial success and tries to make a difference every day to peoples lives. No two days at Sandoz are the same, as a brand manager I was given the responsibility to manage the day to day management of a number of brands in specialty. WebNovartis pays well but job descriptions rarely match the reality. I have spent the last 2 years battling systems which have had little investment over the previous years. Doing the simplest things is an uphill battle. Management is by exception which leads to lots inconsistency and poor long term accontability. Pros.
