We can ping the printers from the 192.168.57 network, but the print service and web panel for the printer doesn't work. Any ideas here as to what might be going on?

Because in mac was working, we tried Bonjour assistant, and from the Wirless Public VLAN I can see them but can not install them (same as with ping).
