These studies all show favourable results, some of which might theoretically improve our ability to build muscle. WebIt involves only three exercises. Choose any three exercises and perform 20 reps of each. That is it! As I explained, micro workouts can incorporate virtually any exercise you want. I like to perform this micro workout with push-ups, bodyweight squats, and dips: Push-ups x 20. Bodyweight squats x 20. Chair dips x 20.
